My vision since day one has been to create a community built on trust, transparency and a deep sense of self-acceptance.
Self-care is not trendy.
Self-care is hard, self-care is not a race but a marathon, self-care is showing up, self-care is not giving up on your higher self and allowing your demands take over, self-care can be lonely, self-care is a choice that you make every second of the day.
Self-care is accepting who you are and working on yourself to become better than you were yesterday. Somedays are harder than others but its all worth it.
I want everyone out there to know that no matter your skin color, your shape, your religion you are unique and you are worth all the abundance the world has to offer.
Let's just keep working on ourselves, showing up, embracing who we are and making the world a better place for all.
